Thank you so much for supporting handmade art! Because each piece is crafted individually with care, all sales are final.
That said, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If your ceramic item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the box (even before opening, if the packaging is visibly damaged) and of the broken item. I do not offer refunds for ceramics, but I will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
Please keep in mind that each piece is one of a kind, so your replacement may not look exactly the same—but it will be just as thoughtfully made.
Requests for replacements must be made within 30 days of receiving your item. After that, I’m unable to offer replacements.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Gifts
At the moment, my store is a one person show. I’m not able to gift wrap any items, but I can make it presentable in it’s box with brown paper, and I will happily print or hand write a special message if desired.
